There were lots of new gadgets for hunters at the 2011 SHOT Show. Two of the most notable ones were inexpensive, lightweight and compact accessories from G.P.S.

The first is a lightweight razor gut hook. We know that a lot of hunting knives come equipped with gut hoots. We have three of them ourselves. However, there are two problems with gut hooks that are integrated with the knife blade. First, when they get dull, it is extremely difficult to sharpen them.
